Local IPA Mustard

Description 

We've created this mustard using local IPA beer and Canadian mustard seeds to create a blend that is complex and spicy in flavour. The IPA adds a hoppy bite and brings out the spiciness of the mustard seeds. Enjoy it with cured meats on a charcuterie board, on a sandwiches, sausages, pretzels, or use as a base for glazes and dressings. This is sure to become your go-to mustard.
