Forage Tea Blend
This tea blend was hand-foraged by Ranger Teacompany in Whistler, BC, for Forage Restaurant in Vancouver. The Spirit of the woods live in this foraged blend from the lush rain coast. Pristine old forests carpeted in dainty green moss, conifer fresh citrus spring tips, garlands of usnea lichen and wild mountain essence in your cup. Seasonal botanicals respectfully gathered from spring to fall. Brew one teabag in 250ml water at 100°C for 3-5 min.
