BC Kelp Salt

Description 

Our kelp salt gives a burst of umami to anything you sprinkle it on. We've combined wild-foraged bull kelp hand-harvested sustainably from the wet, rugged coast line of Northern BC with locally produced Vancouver Island sea salt. Kelp is a great source of potassium, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iodine and other vitamins and minerals. Best of all, the umami flavour of kelp adds a hit of flavour to anything.

Usage

Sprinkle on steamed rice, eggs, or seafood.
